Princess Birthday Party
My daughter Juliet loves princesses and because of Covid, we didn’t get to throw her a second birthday party so for her third birthday we went all out to throw her a princess birthday ball!
My husband built this castle as a grand entrance to the party out of Home Depot Boxes. Once the castle was done I painted it, added some flower vines and curtains to make it extra cute! It was the most perfect princess castle and it was so fun to watch all the little kids walk through it.
Our Family and friends all dressed up as the Disney princesses in ball gown costumes and every kid thought we were the real princesses!
We decorated the dance floor with a chandelier, bows, lights and tool to make it feel like a princess ball! All of the princesses lined up on the dance floor and each princess gave a different gift to the kids. We showered them in glitter, gave them stickers, bracelets, hair clips and wands! It was so fun!
My husband’s aunt made a gorgeous castle cake and we decorated a dessert table fit for a princess. Isn’t this Castle cake amazing?!
We had a Taco cart come cater the party and this other table had some of the overflow food and appetizers on it. We had individual bags of tortilla chips. Individual containers of salsa and guacamole that way it was a little more sanitary and people didn’t reach their hands into a big bowl of chips.
We had kids tables set with a crown for every prince or princess at their seat. There was an Aura table, Repunzel table and Cinderella. Each table was decorated for that princess with a flower carriage and the princess next to it. Each place setting had a little cup of gold fish too. It was so fun to see the little princesses sitting at their seats!
We had a bar and bar tables set for the adults. Each table had a princess vase that we made by putting Barbie Princess dresses around a glass vase. They also had a picture of my daughter in a princess dress that matched.
We played some fun games but my favorite was Kiss a Prince! Each kid guessed which prince was my daughters favorite by placing a set of lips on the picture. It was so cute watching each little prince or princess walk up and make their guess!
It was the most magical day and one our entire family will never forget!
